Built for logistics. Committed to the long run.

KEZKO is a founder-led data engineering firm that works exclusively with logistics companies. We connect your systems, build the intelligence layer on top, and stay accountable for how well it runs.

Our approach

Logistics companies run on fragmented systems — ERPs, TMS platforms, WMS tools, and CRMs that don't talk to each other. The result is a team that knows something is wrong but can't see it clearly enough to act. KEZKO was built specifically to fix that. We engineer centralized data infrastructure and build custom intelligence platforms on top of it, calibrated to each client's operating model.

We're deliberately boutique. KEZKO works with a small number of clients at a time so every engagement gets direct access to the people who built the platform. That's not a constraint — it's a commitment. We go deep with each client, understand how they run their business, and build something that reflects that understanding. Then we keep it running.

Meet the team

Founder-led. Logistics-focused.

KEZKO was built by engineers and operators who understand what it takes to run a logistics business — and what it takes to build technology that actually holds up in that environment.

KEZKO was founded on a straightforward observation: logistics companies are sitting on more operational data than they know what to do with, and the tools available to them weren't built for the complexity of how freight, warehousing, and customs actually work. Generic BI platforms don't understand carrier scorecards. Off-the-shelf dashboards don't know what detention charges mean for your P&L.

KEZKO builds custom — from the data pipeline up. Every engagement starts with a structured Discovery process to understand how a client's business actually runs, then produces a technology roadmap the client reviews before any development begins. The result is a platform built for how you operate, not how a software product manager imagined you might.

Why KEZKO

What makes this different.

There are a lot of ways to spend money on data and technology. Most of them don't work. Here's what KEZKO does differently.

Purpose-built for logistics

  • Domain knowledge, not just technical skill

KEZKO doesn't learn your industry while billing you for it. We understand how freight operations, 3PL networks, and customs workflows actually run — which means Discovery sessions produce useful diagnoses, not generic assessments.

  • Production from day one

We deploy to production environments, not demos or staging servers. When the Build stage is complete, your platform is running continuously — not waiting on a follow-up project to become useful. Managed Maintenance keeps it that way.

Principles we work by

  • Full plan before code

You see the complete technology roadmap — solution components, integrations, timeline, and cost — before a single line of code is written.

  • Small client roster

KEZKO works with a small number of clients at a time. Every engagement gets direct access to the team that built it — not a support ticket queue.

  • Flat-fee maintenance model

Post-launch upkeep runs on a predictable recurring fee — no hourly billing, no surprise project scopes when an API changes or a schema shifts.

What impressed me was that they understood the business before they started on the tech. They asked the right questions in Discovery, and the platform they built reflects that.
